Narcissism Meets Normalcy. I chose that title for my trending Psych Central blog because normal is incredibly important. It's a guide for proper behavior.

And that's why narcissists hate normalcy. It puts a cramp in their freestyle abuses. So they give it demeaning labels like evil and unsafe.

As adult children of narcissists, we need to learn what normal really is. To reconsider our warped upbringings in the light of normalcy. Together we'll learn to think, feel and act in normal ways.
