Back in the day, I had a 3-storey townhome, a high stress job in IT and money in the bank.
Then I got married, quit my job and shifted my focus to caring for my disabled husband and living as cheaply as possible.
Goodbye townhome! Hello cottage! Goodbye grocery store! Hello garden!
There's one good thing about being broke though...
...you learn to trust God. Really put all your faith in Him. And He always gives you just enough to survive...and a little bit more.
You see, my husband's terminally ill with an ultra-rare lung disease...
...called Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis. So I put up a YouCaring site so someday he'll be able to afford a life-saving lung lavage.
Then...I started writing about narcissism...
...and my family threatened to sue me. So I started a (very successful! thank you subscribers!) fundraiser to meet my legal bills.
Then...I started therapy.
...and thought, why not make the narcissists pay for my therapy!? So I'm selling all the jewelry they gave me on eBay!
If my writing has blessed you, a few coins would be so appreciated.
Actually, I usually burst into tears every time someone gives a little something.
