Police Harrassment Caught on 1 a.m. Livestream:
First they tore the chords out of his sound system. Then they returned to issue a trucker with a $1,130 ticket for a "Noise Complaint" for his music and threatened him with a "Mischief" charge. It took 9 SUVs and 20-30 cops to deliver one measly ticket to one skinny trucker! The homeless of Ottawa have never had such a good Winter and don't want the truckers to go home. They're safe.
