FAMILY REUNION: There's no other term to describe today's SAVE AMERICA rally in Des Moines, IA. It wasn't a political rally. It wasn't even what we Minnesotans call "a get-together." It was a joyful family reunion of the Great American Family of Patriots with President Trump, our beloved patriarch, as the great, big, warm patriotic heart at the center of our big happy patriotic family.
He looked good too, didn't he, Patriots? As strong and vibrant as ever. For a blessed few hours, it was just like the good ol' days. Trump whistlestopping by private jet. Vast MAGA crowds dancing, cheering, pledging, praying, singing and watching football together for hours as they waited to see him: our Re-Founding Father.
There's a term for the feeling at a Trump Rally: Camelot. Every time he holds a SAVE AMERICA rally, we taste Camelot again. Every time he leaves is more heart-breaking and intolerable than the last time.
Today in Des Moines, IA was no exception. Cheers rang. Patriotism swelled. And the love! The love was palpable.
The Pre-Party: "Let's Fire Nancy Pelosi"
Usually I tune in just before President Trump speaks but this time I decided to enjoy the entire pre-rally-party on Right Side Broadcasting...and that's when the trouble started. I wanted to give my viewership to RSBN on Rumble via their ROKU app. I searched...and I searched...and I searched...and ROKU again proved their anti-Americanism by hiding the livestream (as they've previously done to the X22 Report). So I had to throw my custom over to RSBN on YouTube, dang it!
Between running back and forth from the kitchen to my office while making "Chateaubriand-on-a-Shingle" for my ex-trucker husband, Michael (okay, okay, it's shit-on-a-shingle!), I missed some of the pre-party, missed seeing the "Let's Go Brandon" banner flown overhead but my ears perked up when I heard this: "When in America do we have to be shy and hide our belief in God?" Iowa Representative Mariannette Miller-Meeks asked the cheering crowd. When, indeed!?!
And one of the most shocking movements in America is in-your-face anti-Semitism. Silly me! I thought it would be at least 100 years after the Holocaust before that happened again. But thanks to AOC's Squad, the Iron Dome has been defunded in our massive spending bill, Nike is no longer selling sneakers in Israel...the list goes on and on.
But bless Rep. Miller-Meeks, she wasn't afraid to bring it all up: the military, God, the Brave 13 who perished in Kabul on 8/26...a topic even Conservative sites seem anxious to forget. She has demanded for Biden and all his top Military Brass to step down.
But when she quoted from my hero, Will Rogers, I knew she was my kind of woman: "There are three kinds of men: some learn by reading, a few learn by observation and the rest gotta pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves."
Next Former Attorney General Matt Whitaker, who was quite the smart ass when testifying before Congress, quoted from The Declaration of Independence and was followed by Senator Chuck Grassley. Was it my imagination or was the cheering for Senator Grassley a trifle thin?
But there was one thing that drove me crazy. The constant, polite, respectful reference by the speakers to "President Bi..." Nope, still can't bring myself to say it. WON'T SAY IT...EVER.
As I've been saying since the Crime of the Century on Election Night 2020, he's not the President, in fact, he's not even the original Joe Biden! Stevie Wonder took one look at the guy and said, "Hells no. Even his skull is shaped differently." Why am I the only Conservative screaming, "It's not Joe Biden"!?!
And what does Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds not understand when she said, "When you show up, we will."
Well we did show up on Election Day, Governor. In droves. So what is that Potato doing defiling our White House!?! It's not the showing up that clinches the victory, it's getting rid of Election Fraud and Dominion, once and for all!
Thankfully, Brian Glenn of RSBN is not afraid to talk about Election Fraud, thank goodness. While some of the best music of the Twentieth Century, Jolene and Candle in the Wind, played in the background, Brian laid it on the line just as he did in Maricopa County. Bless him!
The Warm-Up Act: General George S. Patton
Was there ever a more perfect warm-up act for President Trump than General George S. Patton!?!
That's exactly how President Trump chose to be preceded in Iowa, by General Patton or, more specifically, with the brilliant monologue by George C. Scott from the movie Patton.
I can't be the only American who loved it when he growled, "I wouldn't give a hoot in Hell for a man who lost and laughed. That's why Americans never have and never will lose a war." And that goes for elections too. "I will be proud to lead you wonderful guys into battle, anytime, anywhere."
As the suspense and the anticipation built, RSBN yammered on and on but what we really wanted to hear was the strains of, "For I'm proud to be an America..." sung by Lee Greenwood who Biden just sacked from the National Council on the Arts. Yep! That's right. He sacked a patriot and a national treasure.
But I digress. Getting back to Patton, never let it be said that President Trump wasn't brilliant at PR (unlike someone else I won't name)!
You know you're loved when your rally breaks the record as the largest crowd the Iowa Fairground has ever hosted. But the MSM won't tell you that. Blessings on RSBN. Long before President Trump appeared, they were turning the camera to show the massive crowd "as far as the eye can see."
And within the first two minutes, President Trump laid it on the line: "The election was rigged." He doesn't shilly-shally around. He doesn't start easily, charming the crowd. He jumps in at the deep end of the speech...Afghanistan, Biden, the Tax Bill...all the evils Fake Biden is inflicting on our nation.
"We have to stay strong," President Trump emphasized. "America has to stay strong.
We can. We have. We are. We will. But it's getting really, really old!
There's no topic President Trump won't address. "Didn't Ilhan Omar marry her brother!?!" he asked the crowd before calling out AOC for her anti-Semitism. No pussy-footing round. That's the Trump we know and love.
He pulled no punches when he talked about the recent pro-abortion bills, "Ripping babies from their mother's womb...and even killing babies after birth...In the Republican Party, we believe that every child is a sacred gift from God." The biggest cheer yet from the crowd.
And he let Biden have it (not "President," btw) about the horrible (and fake, I might add) Covid statistics. That hit home. My school friend, Missy, lost her father to intubation at 1:30 this afternoon. (RIP, Paul Nash.)
But by far the loudest cheer yet came when Trump said, "First of all, he didn't get elected. Forget that." The crowd erupted while President Trump shook his head sadly. "Here's the difference," he said. "Hillary conceded. I never conceded. NEVER." Wild cheering! (Why the hell would the winner concede?!?)
"All Americans of common sense...must stand firm...Crazy Nancy Pelosi, she's a nutjob, and the extreme power grab. And we must declare with one united voice, that we will not become a socialist country....They are sick people and they are really hurting our country."
All of President Trump's sights are focused on November 2022. Only another year to go, Patriots. Ugh.
"Stagflation." Worse than the days of Jimmy Carter. That's what we have to look forward to, America. Oh frickety-frack. Not this again!
"Do you think that General George S. Patton would've left early out of Afghanistan....Do you think he would've left...the best equipment in the world?" The crowd roared "NO!" as Trump related how China is now reverse engineering the equipment we left behind for them in Afghanistan.
Of course, President Trump is always best when he goes off teleprompter. You can always tell: When he's just talking to us, he faces forward, looking between the teleprompters at the crowd, unlike a certain potato who can't talk coherently off or on teleprompter.
"Milley: a real genius...'Sir, it's cheaper to leave the equipment'." But Trump demanded every nut, bolt, screw, helicopter and hangars...and then planned to bomb the hell out of anything left behind.
Instead, well, you know what happened. All the equipment was left, 13 of our finest are dead and an unknown number were wounded, including Tyler Vargas-Andrews (pictured) who lost two limbs on August 26th.
NO ONE TALKS ABOUT THEM ANYMORE.
President Trump talks about them. He's the only one who does. Bless him!
Beside Mike Lindell and Dr. Shiva, Trump's the only Patriot who goes into the details of how the election fraud was pulled off in Arizona. Y'know, just little things like the dead heaving up the clods and clutching their shrouds around their clanking bones while they rushed off to vote for Biden. Uh-huh.
Why do dead people never vote for Trump? And Trump considers Arizona the least corrupt of the Swing States. Least corrupt. Just how bad is Pennsylvania? Michigan? Wisconsin? (Minnesota went red, btw!)
And, bless Trump, he never forgets anything. He remembered SCOTUS refusing to hear the Texas Election case. Wow! Now that's a blast from the past.
That's when the chant of "TRUMP WON. TRUMP WON. TRUMP WON" stopped the speech cold. He tried to go on but the Iowans just wouldn't let him because, y'know, TRUMP WON! And we're not going to shut up about it. Not now. Not ever.
Now, we know that Democrat's currency is blackmail, but even I was surprised when President Trump almost said it outright: "Brian Kemp is afraid of Stacey Abrams." He wondered aloud what Stacey Abrams is holding over Brian Kemp. Here's a wild idea: leak that info and Stacey's power will be gone. Kemp will be gone. And then Georgia can be fixed.
Well, it was just an idea.
Then Trump brought up my favorite topic: bellweather counties. He won 18 out of the 19 bellweather counties. The most any President has ever won. So why, I ask you, is he not standing behind a podium bearing the Presidential Seal right now?
Not only did he win the bellweather counties but he also won the bellweather states: Florida, Ohio and Iowa!
Then he mentioned something else fascinating I've never heard before: Biden only won the African American vote in the Swing States. In other words, they only tampered with the African American vote in the states they needed to steal the election.
"WE LOVE TRUMP! WE LOVE TRUMP! WE LOVE TRUMP!" Again, the Iowa patriots stopped the speech cold.
But RINOs don't like any talk about Election Fraud and Trump's response to them is, "The single biggest thing...the issue that gets the most pull, the most respect, the biggest cheers, is talking about the Election Fraud of 2020...I bet the [MSM's] damn cameras went off. They know they got caught...If you don't solve this, people aren't going to vote in 2022 and 2024....We did better in 2020 than we did in 2016. The rallies were bigger. The enthusiasm was greater, if that's even possible...We got 63 million [votes] in 2016....I got almost 75 million, probably I got 85 million, but who the Hell knows, and we lost they say."
And in only nine months, under the Fake President, President Trump has been forced to return to the good old mantra "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN...AGAIN...AGAIN." Trips off the tongue nicely if you don't mind sounding like your needle is stuck in a groove. "Again, again, again, again, again."
President Trump nearly fell over himself giving his complete and total endorsement for re-election to 88-year-old Senator Grassley! Wow. He looks good for 88! Trump also implied his future endorsement of Governor Kim Reynolds, who didn't want to steal any attention from Senator Grassley tonight, so look for a memo soon. (Wanna bet he does it tomorrow?)
"Every [NATO] ally takes advantage of us....We're like a nation run by stupid people....Our soldiers are heartbroken at what happened in Afghanistan....Just imagine how hard China is laughing....You think they're told [woke] things. They laugh in our face....Mitch McConnell should've challenged that election. Schumer would've challenged the election but Mitch McConnell didn't have the courage to challenge the election....Biden signs 17 Executive Orders..."
There it was again: the de rigueur seventeen, if you catch my drift. ;)
"This chilling tyranny is the kind you see...in Third World dictatorships."
"One con job after another. A non-stop parade of fake whistleblowers...and very, very perverted lies. First it was, RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA....I had to run a country and I had to survive and the surviving was tougher than running the country...Impeachment Hoax #1...Impeachment Hoax #2...Brett Kavanaugh...These crooked people write 'There is no evidence of election fraud...wholly unsubstantiated.' There's massive evidence."
"Swalwell, what a sleazebag." And if you don't know what Swalwell was doing with the Chinese spy, President Trump said he'd explain it to you later. LOL
"We will end their reign of radicalism and we will take back America." Everyone on their feet! Everyone cheering, screaming, whistling, yelling, chanting, "USA! USA! USA!"
"Such a great country, such a loving country." About time someone said it. Americans are loving, generous, kind, good-hearted, God-fearing people. Full stop. But you never hear about the good ones!
"We can't let this go on! This is poisoning our country....We're not gonna have a country in three years!"
The Grand Finale
... you know the words! They're similar every time and yet, somehow, President Trump always tweaks, always improves his big "WE WILL" Grand Finale!
That big ending. Unforgettable soaring words.
"We will...reject Left Wing Cancel Culture."
"We will restore the right to Free Speech."
"We will ban CRT"...in school, military, government. A roar of support!
"We will teach our children to...always respect our Great American Flag." An even louder roar.
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
"No matter how big or powerful the [evil] powers may appear...THIS NATION BELONGS TO YOU. This is your home...heritage. Our magnificent American Liberty is your GOD GIVEN RIGHT."
And I wasn't the only one in tears hearing these great words once again. The lady in lavender behind President Trump was wiping away tears too.
"And we will never surrender." Now that's what I'm talkin' about. "My fellow Americans...our fight has only just begun...There's not even an election and yet [this crowd] broke records."
"WE LOVE YOU!" That chant began after President Trump triumphed over Covid in 2020 and now you hear it at every, single rally. Because that's when we realized how much we loved President Trump...when we feared losing him. And when they drove him from Washington despite winning re-election, we loved him even more.
"Together we will make..." and here comes the list, so quickly that I can't type fast enough to record it. But you know it already. It's engraved on our hearts and in our memories.
And with that our President Trump wrapped up yet another unforgettable rally.
I miss him already and can't wait for the next one.
